The Winston staff is a tight-knit group of professionals who
collaborate to ensure a seamless program for each student.
Supported by an outstanding leadership team and strong
support staff, Winston's sixteen teachers, five
teacher-assistants, counselors and learning specialists
tailor their work according to what each student needs. The
nurturing and flexible atmosphere allows students to thrive,
in many cases for the first time. The office staff and
administrative leadership provide the day to day support
that allows individual attention to each student.
The educational staff are carefully chosen for their
educational credentials and experience as well as for the
personal touch they bring to their interactions with
students of all ages. All are certified and their
professional growth is a major focus of the overall culture
of the school.
Winston occasionally has teaching positions available and
