Seniors from The Winston School, a College Preparatory Program for Students with Learning Differences, Accepted to 15 Colleges

Seniors at The Winston School in Del Mar, a college preparatory program for students with learning differences in grades 4 through 12, have been accepted at 15 different colleges for the Fall 2010 semester. Each senior who applied at a two or four-year-school received at least one college acceptance.

Summer arts program offered

The Winston School summer Academy of the Arts for high school and middle school students grades six through 12 is from 12:45 to 3:45 p.m. July 12-30 at 215 Ninth St. The three-week program is centered on the 1971 musical "Grease" and develops student creativity in one particular art form, choosing from visual arts, drama, digital arts or music.
