Our Mission
The Winston School provides a college preparatory program for students with learning differences in grades four through twelve. With dedicated faculty, small classes, multi-sensory teaching and individual attention, we bypass or strengthen weaknesses and emphasize natural gifts. We educate and nurture self-esteem by helping students to understand and address their special learning needs; to fulfill their academic, physical, artistic, social and emotional potential; to develop ethical standards of behavior; to assume responsibility for their own actions with integrity and consideration of the needs of others; to meet the demands of an ever-changing environment and to become leaders who make a difference in the world.
